Manage or cancel your subscription
PageFold Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select PageFold Pro to manage or cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account and data
To delete your PageFold account and all associated data, email support@pagefold.xyz from the email address associated with your account. We will permanently remove your account, documents, annotations, notes, and chat history within 30 days and confirm by email.
Documents stored in your personal iCloud are managed by you and can be removed at any time from the Library view in the app.
My PDF isn't processing
After import, PageFold prepares the document for AI chat. This usually takes 10–60 seconds depending on document length. A spinning indicator on the document tile means it's processing; a green checkmark means it's ready.
If a document is stuck for more than five minutes, try removing it and importing again. If the issue persists, email us with the document title and approximate page count.
Where are my documents stored?
PDF originals and your annotations are stored in your personal iCloud account and sync across your iPhone and iPad. Document text and embeddings used for AI chat are stored on PageFold's servers so chat can reference specific passages.

Restore a previous purchase
On a new device or after reinstalling, open the app, tap the crown icon in the Library toolbar, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.
